Our Purpose Statement...
We are a community of believers, an open and inclusive fellowship, inspired by the Holy Spirit and anchored in the Word of God.
Our purpose is to spread God's love, forgiveness and hope.
We encourage and assist one another in our efforts to know God, to discover our gifts and to follow God's will more effectively.
With Christ as our example, we put His love into action by nurturing the spiritual adventure through worship, prayer, mission, music, education and study.
As disciples, we joyfully share the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ with those inside and outside our congregation, and enthusiastically extend God's helping hands into our world.
Communion in the United Methodist Church is open to all people who intend to lead a Christian life.
